Turbo Dork Zenishift: Prism Power

With the rise of her hand, Usagi Tsukino evoked the Moon Prism Power Make Up command, wrapping herself in ribbons of glowing pink and blue.

This paint is a zenishift that changes from pink to blue depending on the basecoat color.

When used over white Prism Power is a peachy pink with blue highlights. Used over black it is a blue with a pink shift.
